1) No Communication Outside TarotAndAstrology.com

Telephones and Personal Messenger ID's such as, but not limited to: yahoo, msn, and icq are prohibited in chat and/or any conversation anywhere on the TarotAndAstrology Network.
Any site that is not TarotAndAstrology.com is prohibited from discussion anywhere on the TarotAndAstrology Network.
Attempting to communicate with or meet Readers from within TarotAndAstrology.com through methods other than those provided to you by TarotAndAstrology.com is considered an attempt to engage in the act of prostitution. Prostitution is against the law and not condoned nor tolerated on TarotAndAstrology.com.
VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN READER TERMINATION AS WELL AS TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT!
2) Respect The Readers And Admins
Do not abuse the Readers or Admins. VIOLATION OF THIS RULE MAY RESULT IN ACCOUNT TERMINATION!
3) Agree to the Terms and Conditions
All customers must agree to and abide by the rules on this page as well as the TarotAndAstrology.com Terms of Service.
YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE TERMINATED IF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES ARE BROKEN!!!

Our readers have rules they must follow as well, your account will be terminated for in any way asking a reader to do any of the forbidden acts listed below:

1) No E-Mail Addresses
Off-Site Communication with customers is prohibited.
DO NOT exchange E-mail addresses, or instant messenger ID's with ANY customer in Free OR Private chats.
Readers can utilize our private messaging system to contact their customers.
Any offsite communication leading to personal contact is at a minimum considered attempted prostitution. This is taken very seriously as it is not just the breaking of a rule, but breaking of the law which can lead to jail time.
Violating this rule will result in reader termination!!
2) One Reader In One Room
Readers can only appear in the video of a room which they are assigned to.
If the readers username is assisgned to a single reader, ONLY THAT READER MAY APPEAR IN THAT ROOM.
If the Reader username is assigned one Reader, only the Reader who are assigned to each individual username may appear in that room.
Violation of this rule will result in the model's room being closed and deactivated IMMEDIATELY, and termination for multiple offenses.
3) No one Under 18
There is not ever to be anyone under 18 within the cameras view!!
4) No Advertising In Chat
No giving of URL's ( www.anywhere.com )
No enticing customers to pay for services on any system besides TarotAndAstrology!!
5) No Solicitation
Prostitution is illegal in most all places.
Soliciting Prostitution on the TarotAndAstrology network is not allowed!
 
IF A READER/CUSTOMER BREAKS ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES, THAT READER/CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MAY BE TERMINATED!!!

  • Customer Etiquette - although the purpose of the readers on the site is to entertain we do not allow verbal assaults or bashing of readers in the free chat area. (Name calling, swearing excessively, flooding the room, or use of private e-mails)
  • No begging or accessively typing, politely ask if reader will do what you like in a private show.
  • No typing other web site names or talking about other web cam sites.
  • No luring or attempting to make dates either for personal or business, this is not a job seeker/dating site.
  • No other persons or animals may be within camera view except the authorized registered member of TarotAndAstrology.com
  • There is no phone shows only cam to cam with 2 way sound.

Refund Policy

TarotAndAstrology.com and its affilates has a No-refunds Policy. All sales are final. However, under extraordinary circumstances, we will consider and only grant tokens to compensate for a specific loss that is reported within 24 hours.
